Leah & Rayne Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of the date you received your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at leahrayneaccessories@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then provide you with further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will then be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
